Mecha Builders: Sesame Street’s Failed Action Spinoff

Image
Well, this was a long time coming. Recently, I stumbled upon a video about a rather bizarre piece of unfinished media: an action cartoon featuring characters from Barney & Friends. This potential show, pitched during Barney's heyday in the late 1990s, would've been aimed at a slightly older demographic of elementary schoolers and was in the same vein as shows popular with them at the time, such as Power Rangers and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (if you think this sounds so insane that you just have to hear the rest of the story, I'll leave a link to the video at the end). And since I like to have discussions with myself as if I’m talking to an audience, I figured I might ...

Blog Post #1!

Hello everyone! My name is Alex Harris, but online, I'm more commonly known as Harrisverse. While I'm mostly known on DeviantArt for the Masked Toon Singer (Harrisversion), this blog will serve as a place for me to post my ramblings (things I come up with whenever I hyperfixate on something too much) and other stuff I'm not comfortable sharing with that community. Be on the lookout for my next post.
